ELIGIBILITY
Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged 12 years and above (for non-members only). To apply as a member, customers will have to purchase minimum RM300.00 in a single receipt on normal items only and you are eligible for a one (1) year membership programme.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Annual purchase above RM300.00. Membership will be automatically renewed. |

ANNUAL PURCHASE LESS THAN RM300
A grace period of three (3) months (after the expiry date) will be given to member for renewal. Member will have to pay RM10.00 together with expired member card for renewal. For application of renewal VIP CARD, all benefits inclusive points, rebates and voucher for the expired card shall be null and void and be deemed to be of no effect. If member does not renew after the grace period, membership will be considered automatically cancelled. Renewal can be done at any of our SUB / SUBZERO retail outlets. |

BENEFIT
As a card member, you are entitled to 20% direct discount on all normal priced products in our SUB / SUBZERO retail outlets. |

BIRTHDAY TREAT
A birthday cash voucher will be mailed to member during the birthday month. The birthday voucher is granted on an individual basis and is non-transferable. One (1) voucher is valid for one time redemption only. Must be presented with valid original member card. Photocopies of voucher will not be accepted. SUB will not be responsible of lost voucher or late arrival of voucher due to postal delays. |

REBATES
SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card is also a point accumulation card. Member is able to accumulate points for each purchase made and every RM1.00 spend will be equivalent to 1 point. Point statement will be mailed to members who are entitled to rebate vouchers only. Balance of rebate points cannot be carried forward to next year. Rebate vouchers are non-transferable and must be used together with SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card. Rebate vouchers can only be used for purchasers in Malaysia. Any redemption after the expired date will not be accepted. |

Our rebate programme will be as follows:-
Every 400 points earned will be entitled to RM20.00 cash rebate voucher. Must be presented with member card when making purchases with the cash rebate voucher. SUB reserved the right to adjust the rebate point’s tiers of requirement without prior notice.

LOST / REPLACEMENT OF CARD
Please provide your identity card to our shop Supervisor to check your VIP Card number. A penalty fee of RM10.00 will be charges for a replacement card, all benefits inclusive points, rebates and voucher will be considered null and void and be deemed to be of no effect. |

TERMS & CONDITIONS
SUB reserves the right to omit, add or amend the VIP Card terms and conditions without prior notice. Any latest versions will always supersede the existing SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card terms and conditions. SUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the VIP Programme at any time it deems necessary. Staff of JUNIOR APPAREL ENTERPRISE SDN BHD are not eligible to apply or use VIP Card during working hours and strictly not on customers’ purchases. SUB reserves the right to decline VIP Card member’s application if member’s detail of application is incomplete or withdraw the VIP Card at any time or terminate membership or when necessary without notice。 Member must present SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card to cashier before every transaction to ensure the appropriate discounts are awarded and for point’s accumulation, else member would not be entitled to membership’s privileges. SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card is only applicable in SUB / SUBZERO retail outlets in Malaysia. Consignment counters of SUB / SUBZERO in any departmental stores are not included for such privileges. Upon application, renewal, auto-renew and lost of
VIP Card, original card will be sent to you at your corresponding address once it is ready. Please inform us if you have not receive the original card within a grace period of three (3) month from the application date. If member does not report after the grace period, membership will be considered automatically cancelled. SUB will not be responsible for letters, lost voucher or late arrival due to postal delays. In the event of not receiving any notice, member is required to enquire any SUB / SUBZERO retail outlet. SUB / SUBZERO VIP Card unless specified otherwise cannot be used for additional discounts for best buys, promotional items and accessories. All benefits inclusive points, rebates and voucher accumulated previously will be considered null and void in the event when a card expires, renewed, lost, cancelled or any whatsoever reason.
