Return & Exchange Policy

1. Can I return my item for exchange?
Yes. If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from, you can return to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note that leggings are not eligible for exchange or return due to our strict hygiene policy.

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/ labels attached and receipt. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied.

Returns can only made one time per order number.ย Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

Customer allow to exchange in offline store, limited to normal price items only.ย 

CHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOURย - The items are eligible for exchange as long as it has the same price, without additional payment needed, they are in perfect conditions and we have available stock in warehouse.

CHANGE FOR DIFFERENT ITEMย - We will refund its price by sending you an online voucher code / store credit and you can use it to make a new purchase at

***SALE / PROMOTION ITEM(S)ย cannot be returned nor exchanged.

No Refundable in Cash.

FORย DEFECTIVE ITEM -ย We will refund in cash / store credit / others products you wish change to. Shipping fee borne byย SUB

Customer returnย theย product on own fees, whileย SUB borne shipping fees when return parcel to customer.

** International Order (Singapore)**

International order can be returned and please note that only store credit will be issued as a refund. Exchanging an item is not allowed under this policy.

2. How do I return my item?
Follow the simple steps below to return your item(s):

Step 2. Details Verification
After verifying all the details, we will send you a confirmation email.

Step 3. Return the parcel.

Step 4. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will add in your Store Credit once the item is received, OR, exchange new item as requested.
